Maybe I’m the odd-DR-woman-out here but any class on Latin American Studies that I have taken has covered the shameful and bitter truth of our history. I don’t see how hard it is to find this out? There is also the immensely popular book, From Columbus to Castro on this topic which is an easy read with truths not many are willing to swallow.

its fantastic they show the african ancestry in latin america, because
its shows truth about latin american culture rather than the image the media projects.
