Opening Day for my Padres this evening in Arizona.
Unfortunately, the man pictured, our star 1B Adrian Gonzalez, will probably get traded before the season’s out. Despite that, I like our young core of position players and pitchers. We have one of the best bullpen’s in the majors and I think this season will be a positive first step towards future division titles.
Prediction: 83-79 (3rd place in NL West)

lol @ being over .500…especially if/when you trade Adrian (hope those cheap fools don’t though & pay the man).
Worst record in the NL West, with the D-Backs improving, finishing 71-91. Starting pitching will overwork the bullpen, leading to a bad 2nd half of the year & the lineup still doesn’t have enough…
