Sandeman Porto Founder’s Reserve

October 15th, 2009 · 2 Comments · Uncategorized

I come from a family of wine drinkers – serial wine drinkers.

From the Alvarinho’s, Concha Y Toro’s, and Sangiovese’s, I try to get a few glasses in of different wines a week. I don’t do the whole daily glass thing. I know many who do, but that’s just a bit much for me.

But, for year’s now, I’ve been drinking Sandemans Porto Founder’s Reserve exclusively.

It’s a wine capped at five years and you may find better port’s on the market, but this just does it for me.

It’s a mild, sweet taste that goes down with a slight burn. It’s extremely affordable and I usually take it down with cheese and grapes.

Highly recommended by Claudito Sabatino (my sommelier alias)
