A few days ago, I had to take an impromptu trip to D.C. to pick up a bunch of tickets I bought for Stephen Strasburg’s first game with the Nationals.
It was my first time in the President’s city and I stayed at the Donovan House Hotel which my friend E recommended. He told me he saw Rahm Emanuel coming out of there once, and when I arrived, I could tell why. The front desk was great, the room was modern, and the room service was even better.
As for how I got around, my tour guide was great. She took me around the city and I got to see everything I never saw before – the White House, National Monument, Georgetown, Ben’s Chili Bowl, Lincoln Memorial, and the Smithsonian.
Thank you for taking time out to take me ’round chica.
As for the rest of June, man, this is just the beginning. There’s a lot of stuff going down that even some of my closest friends don’t know about. And that’s how it will stay.
Shhh…

Looks good my friend. It’s not too far from NYC so it’s great for a day-trip whenever you want to just get away.
